As discussed with your goodself, the industry has submitted commencement proof i.e. electricity bill mentioning connection date as 07.09.2017. Accordingly, the siting guidelines as prescribed by CPCB vide notification dated 20.10.2015 are applicable.
The poultry farm has not submitted distance certificate from concerned authorities regarding fulfill of above mentioned siting criteria defined by CPCB which includes distance from nearby residential zone, major drinking water reservoir on catchment side, any drinking water source like wells, summer storage tanks, other tanks, poultry, dairy or another livestock enterprises National Highway (NH), State Highway (SH) etc. Accordingly, the application of the poultry farm may be returned in absence of requisite of distance certificate.
Moreover, a separate e-noting may be moved by AEE in the matter including comments regarding fulfillment of siting criteria by the poultry farm, compliance of SOPs framed for such units along with recommendations in the matter. |
