1. The industry has submitted copy of DEMAT certificate issued by company secretaries and as per this certificate 15 shares have been DEMAT and 135 more shares have been allotted as per the E-form PAS-3 filed by the Company.
2. The industry has submitted NOC issued by the Municipal Corporation Ludhiana vide 1682 ATP/B 27.04.2015 and as per this certificate, plot size is 501 square yards and plot is Industrial. Khasra nos mentioned in NOC are same as per registries in record file.
Keeping in view of the above and note dated 03.02.2024, it recommended as under:
1) 'Consent to Operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for six months for dyeing of all type of fabrics (polyester /pc/cotton) @ 3.3 TPD along with discharge of trade effluent & domestic effluent @ 150 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD subject to the conditions that:
(i). The industry will install EMF at inlet water supply also within 01 month.
(ii). The industry shall make the necessary arrangements to achieve the effluent standards as per the inlet designed parameters of the CETP.
(iii). The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing.
(iv). The industry shall maintain the record of flow meter installed at outlet leading to CETP.
(v). The industry shall not generate/discharge trade & domestic effluent more than 150 KLD without obtaining prior permission of the Board.
2) Directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPCL for restoration of electricity connection temporarily for period upto 06 months.
