The site was visited by the undersigned on 28.02.2024 and it was observed that cluster of 20-25 houses has already been constructed and is currently occupied. The representative informed that many plots have been sold to various parties. Moreover, the construction of new houses is actively underway.
Therefore, NOC cannot be issued at this stage and the representative was guided to apply for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the both Acts.
As such, if approved, the application may be returned, please. |
