Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP). The previous CTE was granted for establishment of Residential Plots @ 80 Nos/day, Commercial Plots @ 21 Nos/day, School @ 1 no/day vide no. CTE/Fresh/JAL2/2023/20664639 dated 21.02.2023 valid upto 20.02.2024. Now, the applicant has filed CTE for expansion for development of Residential Plots @ 86 Nos/day, Commercial Plots @ 21 Nos/day, School @ 1 no/day.
If approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of ‘Consent to Establish’ for expansion for adding another 6 no. residential plots to the existing project for which ‘Consent to Establish’ already obtained but expired, for one year upto 20.02.2025 subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note be taken, please.
