The report /recommendations of Regional Office be persued. The marriage palace has obtained Change of Land Use Certificate (CLU) and provided septic tank for its domestic effluent. No violation under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 has been reported by the Regional Office.
May if approved, consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the period upto 30.09.2026 with suitable terms and conditions please.
