The application of the HCF for obtaining varied consent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF is required to submit permission obtained from IMA regarding the increase in the bed capacity.
2. The HCF is required to submit the revised agreement for CBWTF.
3. The HCF is required to submit the point wise compliance of the decision taken during personal hearing given to the HCF 23.01.2024.
As such, you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
