| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has decreased its agreement with CETP for disposal of effluent from 20000 ltr/month to 5000 ltr/month. However, there is no change in the production. Please clarify. It is pertinent to mention here that the industry has also not changed any value in ground water extraction.
2. The industry has mentioned average production of Sprockets @ 15000 no./day but the industry has applied 'Consent to Operate' for Sprockets @ 12000 no./day. Please clarify.
3. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 3702.22 Lacs to Rs. 3783.14 lacs. Kindly submit detail of the same and deposit NOC regularization charges.
4. The industry has not submitted permission from PWRDA for ground water extraction. |
