Sir, Latha and Aks sajra is attached herewith. Further, the industry falls in orange category and the industry has proposed to use Rice Husk @ 1.0 TPH in its boiler.
The 11 KVA HT wire has been removed from the site and the same has been verified by undersign during visit to the area on 29.02.2023.
It is therefore recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) for setting up of rice sheller unit at proposed site located at Lehragaga Road Village Shadihari Tehsil Dirba Distt Sangrur to manufacture Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer/Steamed Rice @ 3.5 TPH by using Paddy @ 5.25 TPH as raw material may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that:- 1. The industry shall comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the DTP certificate vide letter no. 124 DTP(S) RS-I dated 25/01/2024 by the Competent Authority. The competency for grant of NOC to Rice sheller with or without dryer and saila plants lies with the Environmental Engineer of Regional office. |
