It is intimated that the industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, under Green Category through OCMMS with required documents for manufacturing of Parts of Harvestor Combines @ 3500 Nos/day by using Steel Strip @ 250 Kgs/day as Raw Material.
The industry has deposited Rs. 1,95,300/- vide UTR No. AXSK240430023710 dated 12/02/2024 as consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (including Rs. 10,000/- under VDS i.e. Voluntarily Disclosure Scheme and Rs. 500/- as an application form fee). The industry has also deposited Rs. 1,94,800/- vide UTR No. AXSK240430023770 dated 12/02/2024 as consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (including Rs. 10,000/- under VDS i.e. Voluntarily Disclosure Scheme), which is adequate up to 31/12/2038 under both Acts.
The industry has submitted Allotment Letter, Partnership Deed, UDYAM Registration Certificate as Proof of date of commissioning i.e. 22/08/2006, Approved Map issued by Dept. of Director of Factories, Punjab, Manufacturing process, site plan/location plan, and latest CA Certificate.
It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries. Now in continuation to above orders Board has issued fresh orders vide no. 329 dated 14/9/2023 regarding to Auto generation of renewal of consent to establish / operate / Authorization of any category of Small-Scale industries / projects / Health Care Facilities (up to 50 beds) and Hazardous Waste generating industries.
In view of the above, if approved:
1) The consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry under Green Category up to 31/12/2033 with usual terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall not discharge fugitive emissions/trade effluent from its premises.
2) The industry shall comply with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued from time to time.
