Sir, the HCF has submitted property tax assessment record from the MCL, in which building category is mentioned as mixed use building for multipurpose (like residential + commercial+ industrial). Further, the HCF in its reply has also mentioned that it has applied for obtaining area classification certificate to the Municipal Authorities and shall submit the same after obtaining it from the Authorities.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the HCF upto 31.12.2028 with usual conditions and special condition that the HCF shall submit area classification/approved building plan from Concerned Authorities.
