The project is approved as integrated Industrial Park as per LOI memo no. CA/GLADA/LDH/2023/2079 dated 20.11.2023 & Revised layout plan approval for industrial park colony R.A.C.E at village Kotia, Sahnewal vide letter No. 2023 dated 25.10.2023.
In this Industrial park only green Category Industry is proposed. No. Industry of Red category or effluent generating industry is in permissible.
The detailed feasibility report with population calculation is enclosed. Further details as under

No. of plots = 121
Workers per plot = 50
Water consumption = 30 ltrs as per CGWA guidelines per person
Total domestic wastewater generation = 6050 x 30=1,81,500 KLD
STP Proposed = 200 KLD
Components = ETP, UF & 2 Stage RO
Treated Waste Water = Recycled back for domestic use
Industrial effluent = Nil
RO reject = To be used for green area approx. 1 acre, water balance attached
Location of STP = marked on the approved building plan.
