As per lease deed the value of lease amount is Rs. 1 lac per year. Accordingly, the industry has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 10,500/- under each act corresponding to its value of lease deed from 30/09/2019 to 30/09/2029.
Further, the adequacy of consent fee is adequate upto 30/09/2029 under each act.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may both be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2029 (upto adequacy of fee) with usual conditions. Competency SEE |
