The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
A perusal of said note reveals that the RO has not submitted the compliance of mechanism/ guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at individual establishments and the area / cluster of restaurants/ hotels/ motels/ banquets etc. framed by the CPCB and adopted by PPCB vide letter no. SEE(HQ-2)/2021/64 dated 2/2/2021.
Before taking any further action in the matter, if approved, EE, RO, SAS Nagar be asked to submit the compliance of the said guidelines in annotated form so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter, please. |
