Discussed, It is submitted that condition shall be imposed on industry to obtain registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules,2016
As such in view of recommendations given by Regional Office, may if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2025 for manufacturing of Fruit Juice @ 38 KLD, to be packed in Aseptic pack @ 5500 Number/day and Pet bottle pack @ 1500 Number/Day with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please. (Competency : SEE)
