Discussed. The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDHKH/2021/17289143 dated 23/12/2021 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDHKH/2021/17289137 dated 23/12/2021, both were valid upto 30/09/2026.
Now, the industry has applied varied consents to operate after installation of thermic fuild heater of capacity 8,00,000 Kcal/hr with change in production. The industry is located in the Industrial Zone as per notified Master Plan of Khanna.
n view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved the varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of Zinc/Copper/Magnesium m-Glycinate or Zinc/Copper/ Magnesium-EDTA @ 6 MTD, Mineral Mixtures @ 8 MTD, Calcium Propionate @ 6 MTD, Ferric Pyrophosphate @ 2.5 MTD & Slow Release Nitrogen @ 4 MTD may be granted upto 30/09/2024 with suitable conditions including conditions as proposed by RO please.
