On 10.03.2023, the industry was found partially not compliant, due to the only reason that the industry has provided new trees/sapling at place from where old trees are removed or died during the monsoon season in proper ridges and furrow in the plantation area. However, lot of wild grass was observed in the plantation area. The industry had also not submitted the extended bank guarantee. Thereafter, the industry had submitted the extended bank guarantee was granted to it upto 31/12/2023 under both acts with usual conditions. The industry was found compliant with the last consent granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and compliance report of the same is already attached. In view of the above, it is therefore, again recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for six months with usual conditions and electric connection of the industry be also restored temporarily for further six months.
