1.Pl submit details of land area reserved for disposal of treated effluent along with map demarcating the same. Also comment on adequacy of plantation area reserved for disposal of treated effluent.
Reply- The industry has submitted map demarcating plantation area @ 1.50 having Khasra no. 40//25/2, 25/3 within premises as proposed by the industry & entire plantation area will be adequate to utilize entire treated effluent.
2. Pl re-check quantity of fuel to be used.
Reply- The industry has proposed to use 10.5 TPD rice husk as fuel in its boiler.
3. Considering quantity of fuel to be used and effluent generation (provide calculation), report categorization of the unit.
Reply- Based on the quantity of fuel utilization and effluent generation, the industry falls under Orange category.
4. Attach aks shajra and latha of the site.
Reply- Aks Shajra and Latha have already enclosed in the reply of clarification.
5. Whether 11 KVA passes through the site ? If so, has industry submitted an undertaking as an assurance not to start construction activity at site before getting it shifted outside industrial premises.
Reply- 11 KVA line has been shifted.
6. Is office in receipt of original distance report.
Reply- Original reports have been received in this office.
In view above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (CTE) a new Saila plant for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer/Steamed Rice @ 4.0 TPH/Saila Rice @ 2.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 6.0 TPH under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry under orange category, subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.
