Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended as under:
1. The application for grant of renewal of 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused.
2. The committee constituted for calculation / imposition of Environmental Compensation may be requested for taking necessary action.
3. Any other action as deem fit by the Competent Authority.
