The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1.The industry is required to attach the CRO report mentioning distances of nearest village phirni/lal lakir and 15 pakka houses within 100 meter radius of the site alongwith the MC limit and approved residential area.
2. The industry is required to attach proprietorship proof.
3. The industry is required to attach aks chajra/latha of the site.
As such you are requested to clarify and submit above said documents within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
