Sir, it has been observed that the industry is a new unit. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
The industry has been commissioned without NOC of the Board and has not submitted complaince of NOC conditions if commissioned with NOC in annotated form countersigned by visiting officer.
The industry has failed to submit the documentary proof of permissibility to operate the unit at present site as it is fresh consent case.
If approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act 1974 may be issued to the industry with hearing at ZO level, please.
