Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that “Consent to Establish” (NOC) expansion from the pollution angel under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Conveyor Belts @ 1780.0 Meter/day as product and Rubber @ 3.0 T/day, Fabric @ 1.50 T/day as raw material may be granted for one year with subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above please..
