| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the copy of Environmental Clearance obtained for upgradation of induction furnace of capacity 12 TPH to 20 TPH.
2. The industry has not submitted the copy of amended Environmental Clearance regarding development of 33% plantation area over additional land purchased nearby the unit for plantation purposes.
3. The industry has not submitted the adequacy certificate of APCDs installed with both the furnaces reverified from PSCST, Chandigarh in compliance to the personal hearing decisions dated 07/08/2023.
4. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA.
5. The industry has not submitted the latest compliance report of Environmental Clearance.
6. The industry has not deposited the consent fee under the both Acts for 05 years as per Policy of the Board as well as penalty under the both Acts.
7. Whether the industry has connected the OCEMS as well as cameras with the Board's server.
8. The industry has not submitted the effluent analysis report from the outlet of STP.
As such, it is requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
