The application of the industry is scrutinized and found incomplete due to the observations made as under:
1. The industry has not applied for varied 'consent to operate'.
2. Authority letter is not in the name of applicant.
3. The partners are different in list of directors and MOA submitted.
4. As per cost of plant and machinery mentioned in the application, it is a Medium Scale unit.
5. The hazardous waste is mentioned in the solid waste columns.
6. The wastewater is higher than the quantity granted in the NOC.
7. As per NOC the Trade effluent and Domestic effluents are mentioned to be treated in separate ETN and STP of capacities 20 KL each. However, no completion / adequacy proof of these ETP and STP is submitted.
8. The document regarding plastic waste management registration is not submitted.
Therefore, if approved, the application of the industry may please be returned to it.
