| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has not obtained NOC expansion and is applying for varied CTO whereas the raw material and products whose capacity is the same as the previous one .Why has the industry applied for varied CTO .
2. as per the application the total land area 8172 square meters which is about 2 acres and the total land area of industry as per The CLU obtained is for 0.683 acres only.
3. The industry has submitted CA certificate which has figures of existing and proposed , kindly clarify. The cost of assets mentioned in the application is not similar to what it is mentioned in the CA certificate.
4. If there is addition of land the industry needs to give details and the classification of the area.
5. Month and Year in which the industry was commisioned/is likely to be commissioned mentioned is april 2017, which needs clarification
6. The industry has not submitted the following documents; 1. Allotment letter of the Allotting Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Focal Point. 2. Proof of date commissioning of the Industry ( Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no ) 3. Approved building plan.
