The HCF was granted authorization for 50 bed capacity which was valid upto 31.12.2024. The HCF has installed ETP at the time of grant of authorization
The HCF has submitted copy of an agreement of 50 beds executed with common facility of M/s Med Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bidowali authorized by the Board for Non-Bedded wherein MEM has under taken the liability of collection, transportation and treatment / disposal of Bio-Medical Waste generating from the hospital. The agreement is valid upto 31.03.2025.
The HCF has applied for CTO of 50 bedded hospital.
The hospital has deposited NOC fees of Rs. 2,000 and Rs 20,000 each under the Water Act 1974 & Air Act 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2026.
The HCF has submitted that hospital has been set up in year 1992 and has jamaband I for site of hospital. No NOC from Municpal committee was required at that time.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate of the Board under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for 50 no. beds may be granted for a period up to 31.03.2026 with subject to suitable conditions.
