Sir, this is fresh consent case and RO reported that the compliance to the conditions of the NOC is attached and compliance was verified during the visit and was found to be correct.
Wherea, on perusal of compliance attached, it has been mentioned that the industry has not installed display board indicating the Environmental data in the prescribed format at the main entrance gate in compliance of condition no. 7. The industry has been established without NOC of the Board and date of commissioning is 01-12-2023. The industry has not submitted month wise record of water consumption and effluent lifting to CETP operator in compliance of condition no. 34. The industry has not submitted copy of MSME certificate as proof of date of commissioning.
If approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to industry due to above said reasons and RO may be requested to explain the reason of reporting compliance report as correct but industry has not installed environmental data Board, please.
