As reported by RO the industry is complying with the siting guidelines for such type of industry. The industry has submitted the letter issued by District Town Planner, Sangrur for land use classification / NOC vide no. 247-DTP(S)PPS-1 dated 19.02.2024 for establishment / operation of Hot Mix Plant in Khasra no. 1932(2-3-10), 3390/1933(5-1-10), 3392/1934(4-7-10), 3394/1935(4-7-10) , total land 16 bhigge in the revenue estate of Village Bhasaur, Tehsil Dhuri, District Sangrur. As per DTP guidelines the subject cited activity that is hot mix plant is permissible subjected to certain conditions mentioned therein
As Such in view of Recommendations of RO, may if approved, Consent to Establish for manufacturing of Bituminous macadam @ 200 MTD by using Crushed stone aggregates of different sizes @ 200 MTD and Bitumen @ 8 MTD as raw material be granted to the industry for one year please
