1. The industry has applied for consent to operate as Krishna Castings 18, Saini Colony, Industrial Area, Jalandhar. However, Classification certificate issued by MC Jalandhar is in the name of Sh. Pritpal Singh, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar. Moreover, in the letter, the area for which reporting is done is Chota Saipur. Sh. Pritpal Singh is neither Proprietor nor applicant in this case.
The industry is required to submit a clear-cut certification in the name and style of industry.
2. During last proceedings of hearing, it has been recorded that during last visit on 12.12.2023, The industry was found emitting lot of secondary smoke and found spilling black oil/seera directly into the sewer. No clear cut compliance to the above violation is recorded by RO.
In view of the above, Regional Office is advised to get the above observations addressed and re-submit the application.
AEE concerned shall be advised to sign complete and proper case.
