The regularization as industrial of plot done by the Competent authority only in industrial zone as per provision of master plan . moreover out unit is under orange category. 2. The value of land cannot include in the certificate but a note has been given by the CA in the foot of certificate. if we include the value of rs. 12.50 lacs as per the registry /land the slab of fees will not change. So, please process our application and grant the CTO. |
