Sir, the matter was discussed with your goodself in presence of EE RO and it was decided to grant consent to operate for short period i.e. six months with condition that the industry shall obtain registeration under Battery/ Plastic waste rules during this period.
Vide note dated 06.03.2024, RO reported that the representative of the industry informed that they have applied for EPR registration, which is under process. The representative also submitted copy of the online application submitted by them on portal.
If aproved, consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for six months with special condition that the industry shall obtain registeration under Battery/ Plastic waste rules during this period, please.
