The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
EE, RO, SAS Nagar recommended that NOC application may be returned online and be decided after taking policy decision in the matter at Board level, as to whether the siting guidelines laid down by the Government vide notification dated 25.07.2008 as amended on 30.10.2009 are applicable on such projects, which have already been regularized and layout plan have also been approved by the Department of Local Government, or not.
In view of the above, if approved, EE, RO SAS Nagar may be asked to depute concerned AEE to visit the O/o SLO, apprise the whole issue to him and obtain legal opinion in the matter, so that further action can be taken in the matter, please. |
