It is submitted that Sh. Bharat Bhushan, Manager of the industry has been informed on 02.03.2024) regarding SCN for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing before Worthy SEE,ZO-I, Ludhiana on 13.03.2024 at 11.00 am on Mobile No. 9855591777.
It is further informed that industry has provided the Hazardous Waste Storage Room of Size: 12'(L)*9'(W)*7'(H), in which 9 Bags of Hazardous Waste of Cat.No. 35.1 were lying stored. The industry has not obtained the Authorization of the Board under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
