It is submitted that:-
1. As per telephonic message received Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana and Executive Engineer of PWSSB was informed w.r.t. postponed of hearing from 07.03.2024 to 15.03.2024 vide this office e-mail dated 06.03.2024.
2. Thereafter, on the receipt of copy of letter, the same was also sent through e-mail to Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana and Executive Engineer of PWSSB on 07.03.2024.
3. It is further, submitted that Worthy Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-1, Ludhiana may be requested to also discuss the matter of pending Sample Testing Fee of of Rs. 3,15,794/- of STP 105 MLD, which has already conveyed to the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana with a copy to Superintending Engineer, PWSSB, Ludhiana vide this office letter no. 97-98 dated 29.01.2024 (Copy attached) during hearing dated 15.03.2024.
If approved, file may be sent to Zonal Office to record the proceedings of personal hearing. Submitted, please.
