The industry was earlier visited by officers of this office in 2022 and the industry was identified under the name & style of M/s Leather Experts, 25, Sangal Sohal Road, Jalandhar. The industry was found violating pollution control norms and directions were issued for closure of the industry. The industry has now applied CTOs under VDS scheme but the industry is not eligible to obtain benefit of VDS scheme as the industry has applied for CTOs only after electricity connection has been disconnected by PSPCL authorities. The CTO fees are only adequate upto 2023 after penalty. The option to return the case is not available with the undersigned. Please provide the same. |
