The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The cost of plant & machinery of the industry is Rs. 1032.41 lakhs. As such, the scale of the industry needs to be large.
2. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA in compliance to the previous consent condition.
3. The compliance report submitted by the industry is not signed by the authorized signatory.
4. There is addition in cost of Building in the CA certificate. Kindly submit the amended building plan approved from the Competent Authority.
5. The industry has not submitted the NOC regularization fee for increase in cost of fixed assets as well as penalty as per office order dated 29.10.2018.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and if approved, the application may be returned, please. |
