The unit has been established without NOC from the Board. There is no specific sitting criteria for such type of units and thus, general siting guidelines are applicable. The unit has been established on 1750 m2 land (taken on lease) in the premises of the M/s A.P. Refinery Private Limited. M/s A.P. Refinery has been established in 06 acres (48 kanals) land after obtaining CLU for ‘Industrial purpose’ from the Chief Town Planner, Punjab vide memo no: 7868 CTP(Pb)SP-432(L) dated 25.09.2008. The site does not falls under any Master Plan.
