Industry has not submitted the reply of following points:-
1. In remaining five months of dyeing of cotton, the generation of trade effluent @ 648 KLD to be treated in ETP of capacity 185 KLD, is not adequate.
2. Industry has not informed the distance of plantation area from the premises of the industry and route plan for discharge of effluent.
3. Industry has not informed about the type of plantation / irrigation for disposal of effluent and not informed the discharge of effluent in no demand period.
4. Industry has not informed about the plantation area for discharge of domestic effluent, whether it is within premises or on lease land. Also, lease deed is not submitted by industry.
5. Industry has not informed about collection & storage system of treated effluent of 463 KLD after treatment in ETP of 485 KLD capacity. 6. The industry has failed to obtain the permission from PWRDA for abstraction of groundwater.
