The NOC granted to the project proponent has been expired on 31.5.23, the project proponent has now applied for fresh Cato and required to deposit balance penalty fee of Rs. 8300 under each act. Further in the last NOC the proposed sewage generation was 135 KLD , however the present CTO has been applied for the quantity of 84 KLD for the same construction with different treatment technology. Further, the domestic effluent has been also proposed for discharge into MC sewer, however permission from MC/PWSSB not submitted. You are requested to submit reply and Balance Penalty fee along with details of plantation area within 2 days positively.
