The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
In view of the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that Consent to establish' (NOC) under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for 03 years subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by R.O, please. Also, a copy of the NOC be sent to the DTP, SAS Nagar with the request to intimate the industry as well as PPCB, within 15 days, if the Department of Town and Country Planning has any objection for the “consent to establish‟ (NOC) granted to the industry and in case, no reply is received from the Department of Town and Country Planning/ Municipal Council within 15 days, then, it would be presumed that the department has no objection regarding suitability of the site for establishment and operation of the unit at the proposed location.
