Submitted as per recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that the partial Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for 84 flats upto 31.03.2026, subject to suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above please.
