The note submitted by the AEE has been perused and following observations have been made:
1. The fuel used in boiler and 01 no. thermopack is required to be clarified.
2. Disposal arragements of the ash.
3. Details of bank guarantee e.g. reasons for obtaining BG, compliance of the assurances given by the industry, whether decisions could be taken on return at this point of time.
In view of above, may if approved, Regional Office be requested to clarify the above said observations, please.
