Sir, the industry was issued notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 as well as u/s 5 of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 for violations of the provisions of the HWM Rules, 2016 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the worthy Chairman of the Board on 06.03.2024; however, the proceedings of the personal hearing are still awaited.
As such, the application cannot be considered at this stage and if approved, the application may be returned. |
