Sir, the industry has submitted the reply of the show cause notice. In its reply the industry has submitted the report signed by Consultant having qualification of BE in Engineering.
In view of above, it is recommended that ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) for expansion of the industry for refined oil @ 4600 Liter/day, diesel @ 1000 Liter/day and used insulated oil (transformer oil) @ 5950 Liter/day along-with discharge of only domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD into sewer maybe granted to the industry for the period of one year with special condition that it shall commission its purposed machinery only after obtaining consent to operate of the Board.
