Sir, the industry has submitted the reply of the show cause notice. In its reply the industry has submitted the letter issued by SPV BKTKA stating that the industry is member of 100 KL shares.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for printing of garments @ 2 T/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 99.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into the conveyance system of CETP-15 MLD may be granted to the industry for the period of one year with the suitable conditions and special conditions that:- 1. The industry shall not commission its process without obtaining consents to operate of the Board. 2. The industry shall also construct storage tank of adequate capacity inside the premises to store the quantum of effluent in case of shut down of CETP. 3. The industry shall make adequate arrangements to minimize the consumption of fresh water.
