Sir, as per application submitted by the industry, product i.e. Wrapper & other packing material @ 2160 MT/Day will be manufactured by using following raw material: 1. Plastic dana / Rolls @ 2180 MT/year 2. Inks @ 260 MT/year 3. Chemicals @ 210 MT/year Whereas, as per agenda note, product i.e. Wrapper & other packing material @ 2160 MT/Year will be manufactured by using following raw material: 1. Virgin Plastic dana / Rolls @ 2180 MT/year 2. Inks @ 260 MT/year 3. Chemicals @ 210 MT/year.
Manufacturing process is as under :- Granuels - extruder - film - surface printing - cutting - product
In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with special conditions as under:
1. The industry shall got itself registered under EPR on centralized portal before commissioning the unit.
2. The industry shall not indulge in any process leading to the generation of trade effluent.
3. The industry shall obtain authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
