The case of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under :-
1. The industry has not attached the feasibility report regarding proposed air pollution control devices to be installed with the chipper section, dryer, hammer, pelletisation section.
2. The industry has not attached the requisite circle revenue officer report regarding distances of site from nearest village phirni / lal lakir, MC/NP limit, approved residential area and 15 pakka houses.
Please clarify within 2 days so that the application may be processed further.
