It is intimated that earlier the consent to operate under the provisions of Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 8000 CFT/day, Washed Sand @ 3200 CFT/day and Gole Bajri @ 2000 CFT/day from River Bed Material @ 13200 CFT/Day as raw material was granted to the said stone crusher vide online reference CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2019/10343776 dated 01/11/2019, Valid upto 30/09/2024 and CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2019/10344160 dated 01/11/2019, Valid upto 30/09/2024.
The industry has submitted new partnership deed with application and now they have applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 due to change of Partners of the firm through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.
The stone crusher has deposited Rs. 28500/- vide UTR No. 177125406 dated 06/03/2024 & Rs. 28000/- vide UTR No. 414520793 dated 06/03/2024 consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as application fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 92.28/- as on 31/01/2024 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2028 under both Acts.
As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 8000 CFT/day, Washed Sand @ 3200 CFT/day and Gole Bajri @ 2000 CFT/day from River Bed Material @ 13200 CFT/Day as raw material may be granted to the stone crusher for a period upto 30/09/2028 with suitable conditions.
