| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and found that :-
1.The land use certificate from the competent Authority not submitted.
2. Tehsildar certificate/report submitted by the project proponent is not in order as per general sitting parameter prescribed for such type of industry.
3.The industry has submitted GST copy as a proof of commissioning of the unit. However, the same cannot be considered as a proof for date of its commissioning.
4. Feasibility report and detail of APCD installed/to be installed in grinding, boiler section etc, section is not given.
5.The industry is required to submit details regarding manufacturing process.
6. The industry is required to submit hard copy of all the documents so that the authenticity of the same may be verified.
7. The industry has provided the NOC copy of M/s T. S. Industry, which is irrelevant, please clarify the same. |
