Keeping All These In Mind, We Request You To Kindly Waive Off The Ec Charged To Us @ ₹ 1.50 L As We Do Not Have The Financial Capability To Carry This Extra Burden. We Are Already Paying Minimum Charges To Pspcl Inspite Of The Disconnection.
All Documents Have Been Submitted To The Board Already, And Looking At The Delicacy Of The Situation, We Beg You To Kindly Reinstate Our Power Connection So That We Can Resume Earning Something. Have Not Committed Any Crime Or Unlawful Acts"
As the industry has already removed the machinery and has suffered finicisal losses on account of non-operation for last one year, it is recommended that electric connection of the industry may be restored temporarily for six months and the industry be directed to pay Environmental compensation in equal monthly installments as soon as it resumes operation. |
