The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The Project Proponent has not requisite consent / NOC fee to process the application.
2. The Project Proponent is required to submit an undertaking w.r.t. purchase of saila plant including land, building and machinery from earlier owner / partner of M/s Sunrise Overseas.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
